Can exercise really improve my scoliosis curve?

Yes. In children with mild to moderate curves that have finished growing curve reduction is very likely. In adults the goal is to slow down the progression, stop the progression and once that is done work on regression. To discuss your specific case book a call with us. What if I'm already in pain? Can I do these exercises?

How much time does this take every day?
