Group and 1 on 1 Guidance

Receive bespoke and guided exercises from Osteopath and scoliosis expert Ed Paget.

During your retreat he will perform a thorough movement assessment with you to find out how the rest of your body might be affecting your scoliosis. He will then prescribe specific exercises to work on your individual imbalances. These will form the foundation of the work you do every day, so that you can start to unwind all the areas in your body that could be affecting your spine.

Learn Your Specific Exercises

Learn specific mobility, strength and endurance exercises to directly tackle your scoliosis. Some of these exercises are cutting edge and not taught anywhere else in the world. By the end of the retreat you will have your own routine and access to our vast online resource, the Scoliosis Correction Protocol™ so that you will be able to progress the exercises over the next year.

Have the Chance To Move Daily

You need to move your spine in order to change it.

We will teach you exactly how to move it, but in addition we will provide you with some of the best hands on therapy for your body. Each day will consist of a combination of education, movement and massage (manual therapy) so that you can come away knowing that you have done everything you can to help your spine find center.

Getting to Nicaragua & Retreat Itinerary

Itinerary

The retreat runs for 5 days with plenty of time to yourself.

Each day will be laid out on the following pattern:

6:00 - 7:00 AM Light breakfast (optional)

7:00 – 8:00 AM Morning movement

8:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfast

9:00 – 10:00 AM Yoga for scoliosis

10:00 – 11:00 AM Scoliosis Correction Protocol movements

11:00 – 12:00 NN Scoliosis Correction Protocol movements

12:00 – 1:00 PM Lunch

1:00 – 2:00 PM Massage or manual therapy / free time

2:00 – 3:00 PM Massage or manual therapy / free time

6:00 PM Dinner

Getting There

Managua is the capital of Nicaragua and is about 2 hours away.

Liberia is in Costa Rica and is a similar distance but you will have to go through a land boarder. This is relatively straight forward, and we will arrange transport for you that will take care of everything.

The retreat will be held at the beautiful jungle retreat centre of Costa Dulce.
