Question 1: How long do I have access for?

Question 2: Can I do these exercises if I am in pain?

Yes the protocol is designed in a specific sequence. You start with back pain exercises, move to a whole body assessment and then start the scoliosis exercises. We don't recommend people who have back pain jump ahead to the scoliosis exercises.

Question 3: What kind of results do you get?

As with the reviews and testimonials above some people have a reduction in curve angle but the older a person is the less likely this is. Almost everyone will experience a decrease in pain and an increase in mobility and strength.

Question 4: What if I feel stuck or overwhelmed?

There are over 200 exercises in the protocol and overwhelm is a common issue. That is why we have the Scoliosis Champions group were you can ask questions of other participants but also of the founder and his team

What equipment do I need?

You will need some hand weights, ankle weights, resistance bands and some people like to put some 'grab bars' on the their walls to give them something to hold on to. This isn't necessary as just a wall or door frame will do but does help people feel traction. A full equipment list is provided in the program.

Do I need an X-ray

No, but it can help you identify your curve quickly. In the first part of the program you will learn how to identify exactly what type of curve you have so you can choose the correct exercises. You will be shown how to do this on x-ray or with a simple at home test. However if you want one of our team to help you with this prior to purchasing please email: [email protected]

How much time does it take per day

As with learning anything new there will be a learning curve. Most people spend about 30-60mins a day learning the exercises and settle at around 30-45mins 5 days a week. You will be given a 3 month program to follow. This is the same pace that you would follow if you were working one on one with us.

Meet The Team

Ed Paget

Ed is an Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath and creator of the Scoliosis Correction Protocol.   

He has dedicated the last 20 years of his life to finding and understanding the root cause of people's pain and where possible treating it using gentle, non invasive approaches and exercise. He was selected to be part of Team Canada's Olympic Medical Team in 2014 and still consults in elite sport.

He is an expert in scoliosis and most well known for helping people with adult scoliosis live pain free with greater flexibility and more energy.

Gabriel Linger

Gabriel gained his doctorate of osteopathy in Australia by completing one of the most comprehensive courses currently available. 

He has worked with some of the best osteopaths on two continents and furthered his studies at the Gray Institute in the USA.

He has a unique way of looking at the chain reactions within the body and has brought this knowledge to the Scoliosis Correction Protocol by helping develop some of the key exercises. 

Juan Bedoya

Juan has been a highly qualified and experienced osteopath since 2013. He has built a strong reputation for excellent hands-on therapy combined with functional exercises, osteopathy, acupuncture, and sports massage to promote better well-being.

Juan is our head trainer for clients requiring one-to-one corrective exercise, pilates, or who need to build their core strength, spinal stability and improve their posture.

In 2024 Juan started as a clinic tutor and osteopathy lecturer at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Alexandra Blanco

Alexandra is an industrial engineer with 10 years of experience in supply chain management and quality systems. She also has worked in customer support and customer data compliance for Microsoft, Saks Fifth Avenue, and GoHealth Urgent Care.

Her excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with professionals make her the ideal sales, marketing, and logistics expert behind the team.
